איך מחברים חיישן?How do I connect my sensor?
פתחו את OGEN, עברו להגדרות, בחרו חיבור מכשיר ובחרו את החיישן מהרשימה. ודאו שה-Bluetooth פעיל ושהחיישן טעון. לחיצה אחת על כפתור החיישן מעירה אותו לפני החיבור.
Open OGEN, go to Settings, choose Connect Device and select your sensor from the list. Make sure Bluetooth is on and the sensor is charged. Pressing the button on the sensor once wakes it before connecting.
למה ניטור השינה מתחיל לבד?Why does sleep monitoring start automatically?
OGEN מזהה הירדמות לפי דפוסי תנועה ודופק. הניטור האוטומטי מתחיל בשעות הערב והלילה כשהאפליקציה מזהה תקופה ממושכת של דממה. אפשר גם להתחיל ניטור ידנית מלשונית השינה.
OGEN detects when you fall asleep from movement and heart-rate patterns. Automatic monitoring begins during evening and night hours when the app detects a sustained period of stillness. You can also start monitoring manually from the Sleep tab.
למה חלק מהמדדים מוצגים כמקף?Why do some metrics show a dash?
מדד שאינו ניתן למדידה פיזית בחיישן המחובר, או שערכו אינו עומד בבדיקת הסבירות, מוצג כמקף ואינו נשמר. אנחנו מעדיפים להציג חסר מאשר מספר שאי אפשר לסמוך עליו.
A metric that cannot physically be measured by the connected sensor, or whose value fails a plausibility check, is shown as a dash and is not stored. We would rather show nothing than a number you cannot rely on.

הנתונים הביומטריים נשמרים מוצפנים ב-Google Firebase, באזור ישראל. איננו מוכרים נתונים. הפרטים המלאים במדיניות הפרטיות.
Your biometric data is stored encrypted on Google Firebase, in the Israel region. We do not sell data. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

No. OGEN is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It is a wellness monitoring tool. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
