2. אילו נתונים אנחנו אוספים2. Data we collect
- נתונים ביומטריים: דופק, שונות הדופק, תאוצה ותנועה, ריווי חמצן כשהמכשיר תומך בכך, והערכות שלבי שינה
- נתוני חשבון: כתובת דוא"ל, שם, גיל ומגדר, לצורך כיול האלגוריתם
- נתוני מכשיר: סוג המכשיר, גרסת מערכת ההפעלה, ודגם החיישן המחובר
- נתוני שימוש: חותמות זמן של סשנים ושימוש בפיצ'רים, בצורה אנונימית
איננו אוספים נתוני מיקום, אנשי קשר או מידע פיננסי.
- Biometric data: heart rate, heart-rate variability, accelerometry and movement, blood oxygen where the device supports it, and sleep-stage estimates
- Account data: email address, name, age and gender, used for algorithm calibration
- Device data: device type, OS version, and the model of the connected sensor
- Usage data: session timestamps and feature usage, anonymised
We do not collect location data, contacts or financial information.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
4. אחסון ואבטחה4. Storage and security
הנתונים נשמרים ב-Google Firebase (Firestore), באזור ישראל (me-west1). ההצפנה היא TLS 1.3 בהעברה ו-AES-256 באחסון. הגישה מוגבלת לאנשי צוות מורשים בלבד.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the Israel (me-west1) region. It is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
5. שירותי צד שלישי5. Third-party services
- Google Firebase — אימות ואחסון נתונים
- Anthropic Claude API — הנחיה קולית של המלווה. הקשר הסשן בלבד, ואינו נשמר אצל Anthropic
- OpenAI TTS — הקראת טקסט. טקסט בלבד, ללא נתונים ביומטריים
- Polar SDK — תקשורת Bluetooth עם החיישן. לא נשלחים נתונים אל Polar
- Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
- Anthropic Claude API — voice guidance for the companion. Session context only, not retained by Anthropic
- OpenAI TTS — text to speech. Text only, no biometric data
- Polar SDK — Bluetooth communication with the sensor. No data is sent to Polar
6. נתוני בריאות ו-HealthKit6. Health data and HealthKit
בחיבור Apple Watch, OGEN ניגש לנתוני דופק דרך Apple HealthKit. נתונים אלה כפופים לכללי הפרטיות של Apple. איננו משתפים נתוני HealthKit עם מפרסמים או עם סוחרי מידע, בהתאם לדרישות Apple.
If you connect an Apple Watch, OGEN accesses heart-rate data via Apple HealthKit. This data is governed by Apple's HealthKit privacy rules. We do not share HealthKit data with advertisers or data brokers, consistent with Apple's requirements.
7. שמירת נתונים7. Data retention
הקריאות הביומטריות נשמרות 24 חודשים ממועד האיסוף, או עד למחיקת החשבון. אפשר לבקש מחיקה בכל עת בכתובת privacy@ogen.health.
Biometric readings are retained for 24 months from collection, or until you delete your account. You can request deletion at any time at privacy@ogen.health.
8. הזכויות שלכם8. Your rights
יש לכם זכות לגשת לנתונים, לתקן אי־דיוקים, לבקש מחיקה, לחזור בכם מהסכמה, ולקבל את הנתונים בפורמט נייד. למימוש הזכויות פנו אל privacy@ogen.health.
You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@ogen.health.
9. קטינים9. Children
OGEN אינו מיועד למשתמשים מתחת לגיל 18. איננו אוספים ביודעין נתונים מקטינים.
OGEN is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. שינויים במדיניות10. Changes to this policy
נודיע על שינויים מהותיים בהתראה בתוך האפליקציה, לפחות 30 יום לפני כניסתם לתוקף.
We will notify users of material changes by in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
